Acording to (Pinto, 2018) Blackberries are a rich source of polyphenols, with high antioxidant activity; nevertheless, the impact of organic versus conventional agricultural practices on its phytochemical composition is unknown. The effect of agricultural practices on the blackberries chemical and sensory profile was dependent on the variety and cannot be generalized. I have calculated the p of the total adicity,N=3 and P value equals 0.2732, and we can see, like what says in the text, that the differences are not significants.‘Chester Thornless’ blackberries presented the lowest amount of total phenolic compounds (N=3, P value equals 0.6253 in the case of the ‘Chester Thornless’, but is P value equals 0.0620 in the case of the ‘Loch Ness’). The ‘Chester Thornless’ variety presented a significantly higher amount of soluble solids than the ‘Loch Ness’ variety, which also presented a significantly higher level of soluble solids than the blackberries cultivated using conventional agricultural practice. Using the previous data in the website Graphpad Students T test online the calculated p < 0,001. These results suggest that the differences in total phenolic compounds content were primarily related to the specific characteristics of each cultivar. We can see this data in de Table 2. They have used Anova and I have used the t test.
